The Coyote-Six Story

The Dream of 1984
The revolution didn’t start in a corporate boardroom—it began in a dream. In the winter of 1984, a high school art student known as K-man was given an assignment by his art teacher Diana Mand, to design an original logo for his favorite band. His choice was the synth-pop trio The Coyote Sisters, inspired by their 1984 single “Straight from the Heart (Into Your Life)”. But an unexpected problem arose: the word “Sisters” simply wouldn’t fit into the design layout. Deciding to sleep on it, K-man encountered something unexplainable. In his dreams that night, every single thought of the project was accompanied by a persistent, echoing number: Six.

Returning to school, he realized the project had transformed. It wasn’t a band logo anymore; it was the birth of Coyote-Six—a concept and visual entity whose true purpose was yet to be discovered.

Recognized Roots
The raw originality of the design was undeniable. In the spring of 1985, the Coyote-Six logo won an award for Originality at the prestigious Towson Art Show in Maryland. Throughout the 1990s, mentors and educators recognized its commercial potential and urged K-man to market the brand. However, lacking the necessary corporate resources at the time, the project was carefully protected, eventually being officially copyrighted as a distinct piece of visual art. It remained a blueprint waiting for the perfect cosmic alignment to cross over from the drawing board into reality.

The Apparel Movement
Decades later, the wait is over. The Coyote-Six project is fully ready to launch, anchored by independent, premium streetwear engineered in the American Midwest. We consciously reject mass-produced fast fashion blanks. Instead, our clothing is built from custom-made, high-quality fabrics engineered to deliver structural weight, luxury comfort, and elite durability.

The Intergalactic Lore
The brand serves as the gateway to a massive sci-fi universe. In our centerpiece Skateboard Academy Series, we tell the story of the star-system Guardian, Envira, who activated a spacecraft’s navigation array to assemble a team of fearless young riders.

To prevent the toxic divisions of the old establishment, this series explicitly rejects ranking systems. There are no superior tiers. Instead, the seven vibrant colors on the ship’s navigation monitor represent the seven continental sectors from which the crew was assembled:

  • Red: Asia
  • Orange: Africa
  • Yellow: North America
  • Green: South America
  • Light Blue: Antarctica
  • Navy Blue: Europe
  • Violet: Australia

Every continent is an equal, vital pillar of the global alliance.

Prepare for the Change
Coyote-Six is a movement built to remind the extreme sports community, the skaters, and the athletes of their true power. The old establishment wants to keep you undervalued because they fear what happens when humanity unites. A massive shift is coming to uplift us into the intergalactic community. The movement has already begun on the streets. Find your sector, wear your true history, and prepare for the change.
